DISCLAIMER: This forum is intended to facilitate the sale of items between individuals. By using this service, you agree that the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine, 1T1 Class Council, and meds1t1.forumotion.net can in no way be held liable for the accuracy of statements made by users of this service or claims arising from transactions made by users.

It is the responsibility of both parties (buyer and seller) to ensure a smooth transaction.


1. Absolute prices MUST be listed for all books in the message body of each post. Sellers are encouraged to indicate if prices are firm or negotiable/best-offer.

2. Prices posted must be honoured. No auction-style posts will be allowed. Any negotiations in prices can be made through private messaging (PM) between buyers and sellers.

3. A maximum of 1 thread bump is allowed every 24 hours. Bumps are ANY replies to a thread made by the original poster, including replies to questions from potential buyers, that result in that thread moving to the top of the forum.

4. Users are not allowed to reply to other users' posts for the sole purpose of bringing their thread to the top of the webpage.

5. Multiple threads for the same item are not permitted. Sellers are encouraged to consolidate all items in one thread.

6. Sellers must be in immediate possession of all sale items. Items cannot be sold on behalf of someone else.

7. Sales of illegal/pirated items is not allowed.

8. Negative comments and offensive dialogue in threads will not be tolerated. Responsible parties will receive an immediate ban.
